Effect of thermomechanical treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a low-carbon low-alloy steel

چکیده
The effect of thermomechanical treatment on the microstructure, tensile strength and impact toughness low-carbon low-alloy steel is considered. developed microstructure characterized by grain elongation along rolling direction. Both yield ultimate increase with a decrease in test temperature. at room temperature 797 MPa, 77 K increases to 1198 MPa. samples subjected tempforming exhibit KCV = 410 J/cm2 A 233 leads slight value 340 J/cm2. It should be noted that specimens are not completely fractured even K, suggesting higher real values toughness.
